1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms of use govern access to and use of the Conv-Flow platform (« the Service »), provided by Conv-Flow. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms without reservation.
2. Description of the service
Conv-Flow is a SaaS platform for creating and deploying AI-powered conversational workflows. The Service includes the visual editor, workflow publishing, integration via widget or iframe, as well as team and analytics features.
3. User account and responsibilities
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities performed from your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of these terms.
4. Intellectual property
Conv-Flow retains all rights to the platform, its code and its brand. You retain ownership of the workflows and content you create. By using the Service, you grant Conv-Flow a limited license to host and execute your workflows.
5. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided « as is ». Conv-Flow does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and disclaims any liability for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
6. Termination and modifications
You may terminate your account at any time. Conv-Flow reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, as well as to update these terms. Material changes will be notified to you by email or via the Service.
